1) In the table, the material is carbon steel (mild steel) , if the material is stainless steel and aluminum alloy, we can produce them as for your require.

2) Stanchion : single rail manufactured according to design, double rail is 1020mm , and triple rail is 1,200 mm.

3) Column spacing: mainly four kinds as 1000mm,1200mm,1500mm,2000mm.

4) Steel tube's size: subject to the design drawings confirmed by both parties.

The height series includes a standard railing ball with a height of 1000 millimeters, a raised railing ball with a height of 1100 millimeters, and a three-layer railing ball with a height of 1200 millimeters. There are three main types of column spacing: 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm. In terms of size, there are mainly four types of ball diameters: 66mm, 70mm, 76mm, and 85mm. There are also four types of column diameters: 48mm, 51mm, 42.3mm, and 38.1mm. The handrail diameter specifications are the same as the column diameter, and the railing diameters are mainly 42.3mm, 51.0mm, 26.8mm, and 32.0mm.

1)Carbon Steel: This is the most commonly used material and is used in all types of applications.

2)Aluminum Alloy: Aluminum is usually used when weight or corrosion is an issue or in conditions where steel is unsuitable. Aluminum handrail is commonly used in sewerage treatment facilities and commercial and architectural applications.

3)Stainless Steel: Stainless Steel 304 or 316

Stanchion spacing dimensions must be nominated on the drawings.

Stanchion type must be nominated.

For stairways the stair angle must be nominated.
