Steel Flat Bar Grate Hot Dip Coating (Core Process)
Zinc liquid composition: Pure zinc ≥ 98.5%, with 0.01-0.02% aluminum added (to suppress excessive alloy layer and zinc reducing slag).
Temperature: 440-465 ℃ (optimal 450 ℃).
Immersion time: 5-15 minutes (coating 50-100 μ m for about 5 minutes; **100 μ m+* * extended to 8-15 minutes).
Operation: Slowly immerse the workpiece vertically to avoid bubbles; After soaking until the temperature is consistent with the zinc solution, it is smoothly extracted.
3. Post plating treatment (anti white rust, shaping)
Sorting: Vibration/centrifugation to remove residual zinc, remove zinc nodules, and sagging.
Cooling: Water cooling (a few seconds -1 minute) or air cooling, to room temperature, fix the coating.
Passivation: Soak in chromium free passivation solution (environmentally friendly) for a few seconds to 1 minute to form a protective film, prevent white rust, and extend lifespan.
Rinse+dry: Rinse the passivation solution with clean water and dry at 60-80 ℃.
Inspection: Measure thickness (50-150 μ m), appearance (no missed plating/zinc nodules), and adhesion (cross cutting/hammering).
