1. Preparation: Cut the two aluminum grilles to be connected at a 45-degree angle and clean the panel surface, ensuring the joint is flat and burr-free.
2. Install the fixing bracket: Install the bracket on the outside of the end panels and fix it with screws, ensuring the bracket is secure.
3. Connect the aluminum grilles: Butt the two end faces of the aluminum grilles together and fix them to the bracket with screws.
4. Fill the joint: Fill the aluminum grille joint with aluminum sheet or sealant, ensuring the joint is flat and tight.
5. Adjust the angle: Adjust the angle of the aluminum grille to match the adjacent aluminum grille.
Vertical Splicing
1. Preparation: Cut the two aluminum grilles to be connected at a 45-degree angle and clean the surface.
2. Fabricate the connector: Design and fabricate the connector according to actual needs, which can be a snap-on connector or a screw-fixed connector.
3. Install the connector: Install the connector at the joint of the two aluminum grilles, paying attention to the position and angle of the connector.
4. Adjust the connector: Adjust the angle and depth of the connector to match the adjacent aluminum grille.
5. Secure the connector: Secure the connector to the bracket with screws and fill the gaps at the joint.
