Preparation: Pre-installation inspection; grading of steel gratings by area; temporary fixing; deviation measurement; deviation correction; final fixing.
Operating Method: Accurately position and lay out the lines according to the layout design drawings; grading of steel gratings by area according to the layout design numbers, installing them simultaneously in sections, moving to the next section after completing one section, proceeding from the center outwards within each section; strictly controlling the spacing between steel gratings and between steel gratings and other structures according to specifications during installation; after the steel gratings are in place, temporarily fix them with installation clips, measure and correct deviations, and then perform final fixing; arrange the steel gratings according to the direction shown in the diagram, opening the gratings where they encounter H-shaped steel columns, and using a 100mm (height) × 6mm steel plate as a kickboard at the opening.
If the steel gratings do not need to be moved after installation, they can be welded to the brackets or steel beams. After welding, remove weld slag and spatter, and manually apply two coats of zinc-rich paint.
